This Crypto Payment Policy applies when you choose to pay a DROP12 order with USDT on the TRON TRC-20 network. By submitting a blockchain payment for an order, you acknowledge the instructions and responsibilities below.
Accepted Asset and Network
DROP12 accepts only USDT transferred on the TRON TRC-20 network to the wallet address displayed on the order payment page. Do not send USDT using ERC-20, BEP-20 or any other network. Do not send TRX, another token, another cryptocurrency or an NFT.
The wallet address and exact amount shown for the specific order control. Do not use an address copied from another order, an old message, a screenshot or an unrelated source.
USD Pricing and Exact USDT Amount
Products are priced in USD. For the checkout process, the USDT amount displayed on the payment page is the final amount due for that order. A small unique decimal amount may be included to help identify the transfer. That decimal is part of the actual amount received and, where a full refund is approved, part of the refundable amount.
Send the exact amount displayed. Do not round it, split it across wallets or deduct exchange, withdrawal, platform or network fees from the amount received by DROP12.
Thirty-Minute Payment Window
The payment instructions are valid for 30 minutes from order creation. If the timer expires before you send payment, do not transfer funds. Contact DROP12 on WhatsApp for updated instructions. An expired order is not automatically confirmed even if a later transfer is made.
Transaction Hash and Manual Confirmation
- After sending payment, submit the TRON transaction hash (TXID) on the order payment page.
- The order remains Pending until DROP12 manually verifies the wallet address, network, token, amount, TXID and on-chain completion.
- Submitting a TXID does not itself prove payment and does not constitute acceptance or confirmation of the order.
- Dispatch processing begins only after the order has been marked paid or processing.
Blockchain Finality and Customer Responsibility
Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. You are responsible for selecting USDT, the TRON TRC-20 network, the correct wallet address and the exact payment amount. Confirm every field before authorising the transfer.
Funds sent to an incorrect address, on an unsupported network, as the wrong asset or after materially incorrect instructions may be permanently unrecoverable. DROP12 will provide reasonable assistance only where recovery is technically possible and legally permitted, and does not guarantee recovery.
Underpayments, Overpayments and Duplicate Payments
Underpaid orders will not be confirmed until the shortfall and any additional network cost have been resolved. Correct-network overpayments and duplicate payments will be reviewed manually. Where a return of excess funds is approved, the refundable excess may be reduced by the actual blockchain cost of processing that correction.
Compliance Review
DROP12 may delay, reject, cancel or refund a transaction where reasonably necessary for sanctions screening, fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering review, source-of-funds checks, legal compliance or protection of customers and the business. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify the payer, wallet, transaction or destination.
Crypto Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Return & Refund Policy. After an approved return has been received and passed inspection, DROP12 will initiate the refund within 3 business days.
- An approved full refund is based on the actual USDT amount received for the order, including its unique identifying decimals.
- The refund is sent only on the TRON TRC-20 network to a verified compatible address.
- We may require proof that you control the refund address. An exchange deposit address or other third-party address may be refused if ownership or compatibility cannot be verified.
- DROP12 bears the normal TRC-20 network fee for an approved standard refund so that the approved refund amount is not reduced by that fee.
- Once the refund TXID shows a successful transfer to the verified address, the blockchain refund is treated as completed.
No Financial Service or Investment Advice
DROP12 accepts USDT solely as a payment method for goods. DROP12 is not acting as a cryptocurrency exchange, custodian, broker, wallet provider, financial adviser or investment service. Nothing on the website is investment, trading, tax or legal advice.
Contact
For assistance with an unpaid, expired, incorrect or refundable transaction, contact DROP12 on WhatsApp and provide the order number and TXID. Never send a private key or recovery phrase.
